Since 2019, the Rossall family have been producing home bred, grass-fed dexter beef that has been reared on their family farm in Scorton, Lancashire.
As a native breed, their dexter cattle are allowed to reach maturity at 36 months naturally, to produce beef that has outstanding depth of taste and texture with wonderful marbling.
