Yoga-sadhana is the name for the yoga teaching activities of UK yoga teacher - Derek Osborn (aka Swami Shiv Giri Baba). Derek has taught yoga at all levels for many years both in Britain, and abroad at summer schools and in the ashram he visits in south India. He has been described as `one of the most experienced yoga teachers in the country`.
www.yoga-sadhana includes the weekly and other class details along with an extensive Library of his writings, both published and notes used in teaching. This is a free site with open access to all.
Classes and workshops incorporate all aspects of yoga including the physical, mental and spiritual practises.
