Time wasting, unprofessional. Took time to sign up, fill forms, ask about dog I was to rehome, etc. Called & told I was a match; I'd go meet up w/ fosterer w/ my dog to see if they got on & after that it was a home check & then adoption if it went well.
I was promised I'd be gotten back to once everything was arranged w/ foster carer to meet dog. They had week & a half arrange it but heard nothing.
Tried contacting many times, no response til days later when I got a tiny reply saying I was unsuccessful (despite being told different) with a lie of an excuse - as just over a week later I found that dog went to the carer, which is upsetting & unfair on dog (looking for a home 6+ months before carer decided after all she wanted it at the expense of others time & effort).
This wouldn't have bothered me if they had some respect.
If foster carer was unsure if she wanted the dog, why was it still listed for adoption?
Lots of info about the dogs but a family and friends clique going on.
