Zumba is designed for everyone! Its for people of any age, fitness level, shape or size. Emphasis is on fun, and when the class ends you realise how hard you have actually worked! ZenergyFit™ have participants from age 4 - 80 in our classes and we often have mothers and daughters dancing together!
