Zhejiang Chengxin Packaging Co., Ltd. was established in 1992, an integrative hi-tech enterprise with printing, bagging, making film, mechanical design. It was conferred to the “China leading packaging enterprise” by the Packaging Union Of China. At present, the main products include: label series, Flexible packaging series, high barrier film series (PE shrink film, five-layer co-extrusion POF shrink film, PETG high shrink film etc.). The company has an annual capacity of up to 40,000 tons of high-temperature melt-laminated steel process of advanced production line. The main products are: color printing laminated steel, two-piece can laminated steel, three-piece can laminated steel, laminated steel cover, and so on.
The area of the company covers 250 acres and the construction area is around 123 thousand square meters. The company now owns 18 automatic printing lines which achieved the international advanced level, yearly capacity of printing can reach to more than 13 hundreds million square meters. At the meantime, we have large capacity of plastic film, own 5 international advanced POF shrink film blowing lines, 6 PE shrink film blowing lines, 1 PETG shrink film blowing lines, total yearly capacity of the film can reach to 20 thousand tons.
R & D team
The company has established a high-quality, high-knowledge R & D engineering team, with a total of more than 50 people, led by a master, with a college degree or above of 80% and an average age of 30 years. The company has complete research and development equipment, all of which are supplied by foreign high-end equipment manufacturers such as Shimadzu, Illinois, and Agilent, with accurate data and advanced methods. The R & D team has made unremitting research and innovation for new materials, new technologies and new processes. Over the years, it has applied for more than 40 R & D and technological transformation projects, and formed more than 20 patents.
