This client has neglected to mention that he took out insurance on his dog with a pre-existing condition. His insurance then declined to pay on this basis. We did have several discussions with Mr Kirk explaining this to him and even wrote a letter to the insurance company asking them to reconsider. For this, we waived our usual fee as a goodwill gesture to Mr Kirk.
Therefore, his review is unjustified and inaccurate. We are sorry Mr Kirk remains unhappy with us despite all our best efforts to help him.
