The company failed completely! I tried to book my apointment in vain for over a week, with countless minutes spent hanging hopelessly on the phone, while no one answered at each time, despite they assured me first time, that they will be expecting my call. Eventually after a long week or so I got the appointment booked, They sorted out my date for three weeks ahead!! After that time called two days before my appointment (it was due tomorrow - the 10th of April) that they need to cancel it because in fact that day never meant to be booked (doctor is away!). What a incompetency and lack of professionalism.
They have offered me date ahead for another 3 weeks of waiting, so I demanded my deposit back and refused to book any more with them. At the end of the day I am unhappy, untreated and still in the queeue for a teeth whiteening.
Horrible place, newer been there but under heaven would not like to book anything at that place!
