Excellent service. I made an appointment for a Saturday morning, anytime between 9am and 9:30am. Ben called at 9:15am to let me know he was on his way, and arrived shortly thereafter. It took him about 15 - 20 minutes to install a deadbolt in my front door, and his work is incredibly solid. Can't ask for more than that!
