I can highly recommend Ben Pianese. What sets him apart is that he is able to effectively use different massage techniques depending on your needs, e.g. sports massage, deep tissue or remedial massage. He has helped me loosen up by tense shoulder area, driven by a stressful desk job, and lower the frequency of my tension headaches.
