Sometimes great service is about how a company deals with a problem. There was an issue with my cab driver who was going to be unable to pick me up. I was called straight away as the issue was known and offered a couple of potential solutions to choose from. I got my cab on time. Well done cheetah cars you have now got another loyal customer.
