Worst Experience with dealership.... Worst in the Swindon... after your
monies..
1) advertised as masterfit in the vaxhuall website...being the masterfit member eligible for 10-15% discount over 3 years old car...said they are not member?? What a crap..?? Why does they show up in website total scam.

2) Initally give 10% discount as good customer .. then when came to pick up the vehecle.. ..£465 charges.. for alternator changes.. they will rub your monies... out of £465 ..£416 came out of warantee companies so I had pay 50 pounds extra...they didn't discount 10% on the total repair but discount 10% on my 50 pounds.. total rubbish....after your monies never go
3) Staff unfriendly .. not all though..manager doesn't seem to understand his business.. he is trying to explain 10% discount is not applicable on total charges?? I don't know he has already his managerial skill from where?? 10% only applies to certain percantage of cost??
Will never go there again.... I know Vaxhuall as UK company suffers because of this type of dealer.. they are bad..but these ppl .. makes customer unhappy.. for this reason Vaxhaull will not be my next car....
