I usually move house by myself but I didn't have the time on this occasion due to work commitments, so this was my first move with a removal firm. I had heard numerous horror stories which sent my blood running cold! I really wasn't at all sure I was doing the right thing and I felt quite nervous and apprehensive about it all, to be honest. Thankfully, when the team arrived they soon calmed my nerves. No-nonsense but warm and friendly, they had the job done in half the time I expected.
