We had high expectations of time for you. We were promised a top cleaner/ironing lady but when she failed to show up and we cancelled the contract we were talked into taking another one on. When she turned up a week later she said she did not do ironing. We cancelled again and asked for a refund. That was 5 months ago and we have been unable to get a response to our refund request/complaint from either Kathryn (Time for you Essex) or their Head Office. We have chased 24 times but not a peep. Don't go there as they are only interested in taking your money and when things go wrong ignore you!
