Very poor customer service & attitude.
I offered payment when I made arrangements & was told not to worry about that just yet. then when my pet was returned & payment was demanded, my wife was already understandably upset & used a debit card which made my account overdrawn. Spoke to a member of staff on the day to I ask for refund on that account & to pay on another card unsuccessfully, got a very unsympathetic response, to the point were my pets cremation was compared to "doing your shopping in a supermarket & not paying for it!!"
Would never use again & recommend others to use more reputable pet crematoriums.
