Intentionally damaged my phone in order to try and sell me a new screen. The LCD connector on my Samsung S5 had come loose, and instead of reconnecting it the agent used his fingernail to bend the pins out, then pretending that they were unrepairable and that the screen would need to be replaced for £125. I took the phone away and repaired it myself. Stay very far away from this 'repair shop'.
