Terrible service was locked out over 2 hours later still locked out called this so called local company told me locksmith was delayed ??? said will be here in 15 minutes 1 hour later still no show when i called in again said the locksmith van had broken down??? was told another locksmith was on route when i tried to cancel as did not believe a word they were saying they tried to charge me £85 plus vat even through i was locked out for 3 hours?????? with a little digging i found out this company was not local but a chain based in Poole in Dorset total rip off merchants but it seems that i am not the only customer to have similar problems with this shabby company i think Trading Standards should do something about this company.
