First impressions stained at least 8 of my white designer t shirts with random orange patches, it seems like something has been spilled on them. I took them in and they denied responsibility but offered to try and get it out. On collecting the items along with other items, the whits tops were in between all the other clothes but they assured me the stains had faded. I checked later and the stains were bright orange as ever. So not only did first impressions ruin £300 white tops and offer no refund they didn't even say sorry!! I would avoid this place I know I will in future.
