Web site says trial will last as needed. We were 10 mins late for trial & Rachael very early. One style done. Bride wanted it bigger & told wasn’t time as another appt to go to. Night before wedding Rachael suggested coming 1hr earlier@ 7am. Bride agreed thinking was to allow extra time (getting married 1pm). Bride not happy with hair Rachael spent time to get it the way the bride envisaged. Could have been avoided by proper trial. 4 bridesmaid’s hair done. Rachael left without doing brides mothers hair & make-up, mother of groom make-up, a bridesmaid’s make-up & an aunts hair. Left by 10.30 for another wedding. Had we stuck to 8am Rachael would have still needed to leave @ 10.30 & complete a brides, mother of bride, 4 bridesmaids and aunts hair + 4 make-ups in such a short space of time (not far off £400). Not told 10.30 deadline. Small delay by some bridesmaids washing hair-not much as others gathered to go first. . Weddings are chaotic. No contingency or guidance
