Experience with Taylor Dress Belfast was horrible; the sketches were sent email, very sloppy in pen/pencil - we could barely understand what they were trying to show us - unprofessional and nothing like other designers do (Elevation/Gavin...); if we expressed any dislike in the design they were defensive; they rushed the making of the dress - very sloppy! There were glue marks all over the dress where they applied the crystals, the back of the dress was unfinished, and it was 3 inches too short. The dress arrived in 2 black garbage bags - nice touch for the 2,000 USD price. This is the worst part --- once the dress arrived and Taylor had the money - they were RUDE and absolutely unwilling to help. Once they take the money - you are completely STUCK and because we were in the US - there wasn't much we could do about it - and they knew it. I would never consider purchasing another new dress from Taylor - poor quality, overpriced, disorganized, and the worst customer experience I have ever had. I still can't believe I paid $2,000 for the quality we received. Be warned, and never again for us.
