Damon was very enthusiastic to sell my house initially and got me an offer early on. However from there it went wrong. The buyer pulled out (not the agent's fault) and the agent said they would put my house back on the market. However, two weeks later, I checked on Rightmove and Zoopla and could not see an ad for my house at all. When I asked Damon why they were not advertising it online, he texted me that they have cancelled their Zoopla account and that they could not sell my house after all…!! the reason they could not sell it was not given to me but they suggested I find another agent. Very unprofessional and timewasting to me. Avoid.
