Terrible service. Went in for a routine check and before I knew it leading questions were asked. Did I find the sun bright? Well of course the sun is bright! its the brightest thing in our solar system for gods sake! And because I said yes, the woman was writing down that I needed sunglasses! Bearing in mind I had not even gone into the opticians room yet or even met the optician. It was a sales staff that decided I need sunglasses!
My encounter with the optician was even more unbelievable. She virtually FORCED me into trying contact lenses and put lenses into my eye WITHOUT even doing a proper contact lens assessment!
The staff were acting very desperate and unprofessional.
stay away from this outfit. I wasn't even interested in contact lenses!
I've tried them in the past and had to have a separate test which took almost an hour! But VE wacked in contact lenses even after I refused!
I'm going back to my usual optician
