I would not deal with Kieren again...ever.
Biggest complaint. When problems arise he hides.
Makes appointments and promises which he has no intention of keeping.
Will not call to to what is happening and will not answer when you ring him. Never at the shop, so you can't track him down.
I have lost countless hours and cancelled many other commitments, just waiting for him to turn up...he never does!
