Dont you this vet or the afterservice is terrible...they are full of smiles and happy to recieve you money but are no help when it comes to claiming the insurance back...infact they really dont care....they will even charge you extra for you insurance claim...they dont even tell you what they sent to the insurance company on you animal that may effect your claim.. i lost my claim through the animal health center....there is no customer service or after service...they really dont care....PLEASE BE WARNED AND GO SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY CARE.
