Great customer service. The guy who picked up was very nice, and I scheduled an appointment fairly easily for 5pm two days later as I thought my keys were lost. Two days later at 1pm I found them, and had to cancel 4 hours in advance and he was very sweet and said "glad you found them!" Always picked up the phone on the first few rings, and I called around to price shop and these guys were the most competitive for the two locks I was looking to replace. If I DO ever lose my keys for real, no question I am coming here.
