Initially having spoken on the phone, I arranged to go and look at a Ford Ka that they were selling. Admittedly it is a bit below the normal range of BMW's and Audi's that they normally sell, however I would expect the same level of service, quality of car inspection and aftercare if I had been one of there higher profile clients. They claim to be RAC inspected, which post receiving my car appears to be a complete farce . The list of problems is below. Broken heated rear windscreen Vast water ingress on drivers side - leak under the bulkhead. Broken and unadjustable wing mirror Broken heating module Claimed to of completed full service, only oil was changed. Unchanged air filter Absent pollen filter. I will admit they said they would sort the problem if I returned with the car, however, living over an hour and a half away and them refusing to cover my travel expenses I have had to fix the problems myself. So as you can see, my problem is with the claim they clearly make on their website, that all there cars are delivered to the highest standards, and are faultless on delivery. Not so for me.
