I called this carwash to book a mini valet, and asked if there was a slot available in the afternoon and how long one would take.
I was told they were busy so if I went in at 12pm I would have to leave the car and pick it at 5pm. I was not going to waste an entire sunny afternoon at the carwash so I asked the attendant to check their bookings for a more specific time. One and a half hour wait at most.
He replied " I just told you mate, so are you coming then or not?" before I could even respond to his rudeness he said, "its ok, don't bother!" and hung up!!
I called back immediately and asked why he hung up on me. He said "I hung up on people who fuck around so fuck off!!"
So for this unprovoked and rude service I couldn't recommend rocket supa wash any less!
