My dog came back acting strangely and we found a large gash after being groomed. Not only did they not tell us, but they made up a story that a scab fell off whist bathing him and denied it was them, even after our vet verified it was a new wound! They have been very aggressive and rude both on the phone and email and called us liars etc! Absolutely shocking behaviour. I would never recommend this place to anyone!
