I took my dog to Ingrid a few years back and, despite getting some good information, I had to pull out of training due to the use of shock collars and "chastising" with a lead. I believe that training can be accomplished without these methods and have subsequently proved that.
Of course, there are many, many people who have achieved excellent results through her and will continue to do so, but if you disagree with shock collars or physical discipline then her method may not be for you.
