I bought a Used 2011 Van from Multichoice this year. Good service and very friendly, but it came with only one manual Key. Graham to business owner said that he would try and locate the other key from the previous owner. I have now found out that 5 keys have been cut for this vehicle, an no more copies are allowed to be made. I will have to contact Fiat directly and pay in excess of £200 to obtain a spare key. I have informed Multichoice of this, but received no reply. This is a nasty shock as in all other ways the van is perfect and suited to my needs. The price was very good, but beware of this sort of detail (lack of spare key), it can prove expensive.
