Thanks to Balham Removals the stuff in our storage container has been collected and we expressly stated that we wanted to make the ride (4 hours) in due course. I had this wish brought to your attention several times. Making that long distances drive is not fun. Incidentally, we had a friendly and professional person. They made sure our wishes were fulfilled. Great atmosphere, hard workers, very fast and good response to an ad hoc problem a day later! You make a busy / stressful event for the customer into a relaxed, laid back day! This was just so good to see.

Our new house was much bigger than our last house and we bought a lot of furniture at the time we moved. We were worried about having to wait at home for it all to be delivered but Removals Man and Van dealt with the furniture removal as well as helping with the house move. We were able to loan a man and van from them which enabled us to go and collect the furniture as soon as they had moved us in and the mover who came with the removal van was very useful, knowing exactly what to do to get the heavy items in and out safely.
