We used Weddings R Us to fully decorate out wedding venue, do the flowers, everything... The months building up to the wedding the could not do enough for us, helping pick out the flowers and table decor. The day of the wedding I got a call from my wife to be saying the flowers had arrived but were not the ones we had ordered. So I called Claire to sort the problem. I was greeted with a barrage of abuse. I have never been spoken to like that by anyone let alone a wedding planner on my wedding day. They also forgot to deliver the comment book and table confetti. No compensation was offered just a lousy refund for the things they forgot. I would not use this business if you want a perfect day.
