We put our flat on the market in the middle of June and by the beginning of August we had 15 viewings and two offers. The latter of which we accepted.
We believe that the thorough advertising and the very personable and dedicated staff have been instrumental in selling our flat so quickly. I have friends whose properties have been on the market for nearly a year with other estate agents and they can count the number of viewings they have had on one hand.
Further to this, McEwan Fraser use a professional photographers and we were so impressed with the quality of their photos, we have kept a copy of the particulars as a momento!
