Absolutely rubbish! arranged for a guy to come and measure up. discussed what we needed and they told me when they might be able to do the job so I agreed. 5 days later as arranged a guy came out to measure. he didn't bother taking tape measure out and left after a few min. when I rung the company to ask what happened they said they'd call me back. The owner (Andrew) called me and said he's been over but because he didn't know what was needed he left! (could have rung me!) anyway I told him what we needed and he reassured me that he would come over and measure up and give me a price with a view to fitting in a couple of weeks. He later called and left a message saying he wouldn't be coming as he felt he would let me down if he took the job on??!!! He's the OWNER?!! amazing that they can waste peoples time in this way!! utterly stupid! don't bother! if this is how they operate, they clearly don't need the work!!
