Totally unreliable. Waited in all day to be called an hour before latest time he would call, to be told he couldn't make it. Re-arranged for the following evening, again no show and this time no courtesy call and no picking up the phone. I tried to use him a couple of years ago as I like his products, again despite booking an appointment he failed to show up. I have no idea how on earth this man survives, I will not attempt to use him again and judging by the above reviews am glad he didn't show!
