THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU!! WATCH OUT, THEY HIDE BEHIND THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS!! They do not have the decency to be forthcoming about their t&c's so that you can make a informed decision because they are aware that what you don't know will earn them money in the end! I got scammed and I should have done my homework. But no one calls a boiler or plumber because they have a 'little' problem that can wait 2 weeks. It usually has to be done now! I don't have a problem with paying for services rendered and businesses making money. But to have unethical practices by misleading customers and not being forthcoming and honest; it's just not right. I was overcharged. They refused to give me the part number of the PCB they installed; I was told I can find on the internet myself. They will not provide you with a detailed statement and you have to wait TWENTY EIGHT DAYS before you receive an invoice (which I never received) and overcharged for labor!! SCAMMERS!!!!! DISHONEST!!!
