Appalling service. Goods damaged, no compensation or partial refund. One item smashed, so had to send an equivalent that cost £40 more, but said they'd take the hit as it had taken 6 weeks to deliver an item on next day delivery. When asking about the partial-refund, claimed that the more expensive item was our compensation!
Friendly people on the phone, but awfully poor service.
