I took my daughter for a trim, the male 'stylist' burnt the back of her neck with the hairdryer. It was blistering 5 minutes later, received very lack lustre apology. Have emailed as she will be left with a scar but no one has the courtesy to answer. I gave one star only because I need to to publish the review. I would give no stars!!!!!
