I bought a car recently from Bella Cars and within half a week started having problems when the missions light came up. Bella cars then provided me with a courtesy car for two weeks while my car went for repair, I was uncertain about the insurance on the curtsey car as Bella did not provide me with any paper work although they indicated it was insured third party. After two weeks I got my car back again, I had to drive the courtesy car all the way back to Huddersfield and then drive my car all the way back to where I lived this would have been on my own expense had I not insisted on being paid for the petrol. When I got my car back the floor mats were missing, no report of the fault was produced and I was left wondering if I had made the correct decision buying into the extended warranty agreement as I may not be covered in any other place other than Huddersfield if the car broke down although the sales person advised me it would be. Due to the problems with the car I promptly took the car for a service and inspection at my own expense as Bella were unwilling to do this at the time to satisfy my curiosity. The inspection when well and the only item that came up were two worn out bushes on the front suspension which needed replacing or it would have caused uneven tyre wear. I would advise anybody not to buy from Bella cars unless you have some extra cash , because you will need to satisfy yourself that the car is up to standard.
