About Levi Dale Levi Dale is a family business and was established in 1994 by two brothers from humble beginnings - Michael and Colin Cain. The company is named after Michael's son Levi and is the trading name for Walmgate Property Services. The first property purchased in 1994 was a Grade II listed ex-Temperance Hotel in Malton. Our very first tenants were stable lads from Easterby's racing stables near Malton and finally we were underway. Things have moved on a little since then and Levi Dale now has a sizeable property portfolio located in the areas of York, Selby, Goole, Malton and Whitby.
