My loft now serves as a wind tunnel, exposing my home to the elements, all thanks to their shoddy craftsmanship. Rainwater dribbles in as though invited, leaving me to question whether I hired loft converters or amateur saboteurs. And their response when I reported this disgrace? Utterly appalling! Rudeness of the highest order, delivered with the sort of arrogance one would expect from a butcher reprimanding a vegetarian. They were dismissive, unhelpful, and shockingly cavalier about rectifying their mistakes. But alas, the incompetence does not end there. The electrical work in my loft failed its safety test—FAILED!
